I got a waterproof camera to take some aerial footage. I had it standing up behind the battery but it seemed to drag a lot so I moved it forward on its side but it was a pain in the A@@ to flip the video and then get it to not look like crap was just not working. Then my Freind looked at me and Said to "just put a mirror on it". Well fine then! I needed to rebuild the canopy anyhow. I put some aluminum down flat sticking out the front so when this thing goes down It's like a bumper but if it hits the wrong thing.......AnyhowNow its a little heavy so I'm running a 2s 2200mah for video and throw the 3s in when its windy or to haul A@@! I did some test flights but the video sucked. I do have a link for my first Video though.....add some lights and now I need an FPV Night goggle setup or something!?

I made my First Delta! MAn I have been looking to build some kind of pusher for combat but wasnt sure what. I saw this new thread and decided to try it out since I wanted something faster than my Bipe but didnt want to rebuild my F-22 although it does hold a special place in my heart as my first pusher and it was a build with a great friend of mine who showed me about scratchbuilding. I first built this and went to test it with a 3800kv motor only to have it yard dart itself due to a faullty servo! It fell a good 50ft straight down at about 20mph into some tall grass. I thought It was a gonner! There was some smashage to the lipo pack and the shroud but all in all the air frame bent but with a few bamboo skewers inserted it became nice and rigid! not bad for foam and tape! Oh my AUW is 17.2oz! yeah a little over a pound! by far my heaviest build. This, My 1st Delta, Aptly named D1 is great to fly! easy to see easy to build and is quite predictable. It tracks great and Glides awesome! I just point it where I want and burn a hole in the SKY! Thanks to Brandonherring for this THREAD

Horizon hobby has once again exceeded my expectations by their outstanding and un relenting customer service! They have repaired my DX7 for a very special price. In my book they are defiantly the very best in customer service!

So I couldn't get that damn Imp to fly and I got fairly frustrated by it. I was looking for a flyer for combat..and saw a video for an F-22 slot pusher. I love this thing! I've been looking for faster and this is a step in the right direction! It's built from $tree foam covered in $Tree cellophane on the top and $Tree tape on the leading edges and control surfaces. Eflight 8g servos Orange RX and 18A ESC on a 800mah GenAce 3s Lipo spinning a cut down 10x8 prop with a 1500kv 39g motor. Dx7 using Delta settings

So I'm into this one for under $5! hobbytree foam, tape and cellophane. It's the Imp. My kids love it! ha ha! remember that sharpie will rub off but for a quick intimidation factor it's key! Thanks to Broken Fuse Flyer!

T28 eflight mSR and SR

Well I have became pretty good at the t28 so far and my SR. I think a lot of confidence has come from the Phoenix Sim. I am not so afraid to crash or try new stunts. also learning to correct myself from some mishap. Not much time thought to fly as of yet...Things must change! Ha ha!

I just bought a T-28 for my birthday! It's brand new but bought used! I am soo excited! This will be my first plane! I am super excited to fly it but the weathe has me apprehensive at the moment. I still need to set dual rates up for it which I will hopefully have time to do tonight. My older daughter at 3 and 1/2 years is flying on Phoenix. All she wants to do is flips in the 'pink' plane. She can taxi and take off though! How awesome! Not to bad out right this minute.......BRB!

well its been few and far between flying lately as I am working ten to twelve hours a day on my current project. Thankfully I found a Phoenix flight sim on CL! and my trusty mSR. Now I can get in some practice....well its all practice for me sim or not! ha ha!

So I traded my CX2 for another mSR. I like the quiteness of the mSR as I have two little kids. So I can fly at night without worring about them waking. I have started some forward flight with my SR and am using the mSR to practice on since I don't have a SIM. I have them both bound to my DX7 and it has 'awakened' my SR to a (IMHO) more controllable heli. I am still crashing the SR as I try to do some 3D......I should probably get a sim. I have been thinking of getting a Airplane too. I like the J3 cub for bindability and the simplicity but I want something big enough to fly outside when the weather gets more favorable. Hmmmm
