It's a simple old school method with 1/32 ply over blue foam and 1/2 bass wood leading edge sharpened to cut bread. Nice heavy carbon on a 45 bias joins the halves together. I have an extra set of cores I will bag carbon and glass. I will also cut off 4" off each tip for that gnarly fast roll rate. But for now ill fly the crap out of it till I feel like building again.....

I usually am a ds junkie but I got side tracked with this new R10 kit I picked up from John Higgins..... ever since I saw these planes shreading at sunset beach as a kid I always wanted one...... so here it is 15 years later. Dreams do come true.
