Here are my Review Notes for this E-flite UM Turbo Timber:

Pros:
- Wheel plastic piece update over the first E-flite UMX Timber
- It has a 3-bladed prop like the E-flite UMX Cirrus
- A higher 3400kv brushless motor comes with it for more power
- The plane can fly with 550’s as seen in some of my videos.
- Its lights all over the plane are awesome!
- The new chipset they use in this Timber UM allows for telemetry, just not the new advanced Smart Telemetry!

Cons:
- Longer nose compared to the original UMX Timber.
- Shorter flight times compared to the Ultra Micro Timber.

This is GBLynden's Second Flight Of The E flite Su-30 Twin 70mm EDF Jet and it was more exciting than the first flight!

Here are my Review Notes for the Ultrix:

Pros:
- A fair price for twin motors
- 1S Brushless motors
- The foam is thicker and more robust than other UMX Plane foam
- Has a skid for protection when landing on pavement
- You can add lights
- It comes in a small box, perfect to slide in your car on the days you fly big jets like the E-flite Su-30.

Pros:
- The assembly was straight forward & the manual was helpful
- Tear-down will be easy at the field for easy transport
- The paint job has really nice detail with little to no over spray
- Its bright lights really stand out
- The air brake is a really cool functional scale touch
- Rugged retracts with good suspension are great!
- It flys really well overall

Cons:
- For those of us trying to transport it in smaller cars, the little antennas already added on have to potential to cause headaches
- The tail piece that slides in by the exhaust should have come magnetic out of the box like the nose cone for easier transport. However, I was able to easily mod that.
- One elevator side moved easier than the other. The right one was catching and needed some sanding on the friction points to work with symmetry. You mileage may vary
- The flight times are short, as expected for something like this

Pros:
- Parts and pieces come polybagged for protection
- High-end finish on the model
- Setup was basic and straight-forward
- Robust landing gear for grass friendly ops and hard landings
- New powerful and efficient 80mm in-runner 9-blade EDF setup
- Model officially licensed by Lockheed Martin
- Split flaps
- It was locked in the entire flight!

Cons:
- Missing paint on the back of the canopy
- The left main blew out of the wing on the third landing
