I saw another 450 body on ebay , all of $17 shipped ...

Yeah I had to have it ...

This one arrived slightly worse for wear , a small part of the body broken off and one of the servo retaining arms was rather badly bent ... ( fixed now )

Well , the body had a rough trip , but should still work just fine ... apparently this style of 450 is more stable ( ive heard it said ) hmmm , for $17 im prepared to find out ..

1) Fiberglass body - came with main shaft ,
2) landing gear , main drive cog , and locking collar are from my spare parts

Ready for thread locking ..

Its good to have spares handy ...


To many spares ?

Well after getting my Orange Rx with 3 axis gyro , I started thinking about what heli to drop the gyro into ? I was on ebay and saw this frame kit , for $15 shipped I figured it was worth a look see ..

Frame came today , and its been bolted together using two sets of left hand frame panels , thats ok , I was planning on doing that myself as one side is cheaper than the other to buy and ship ( Strange but true ) .. + It will make no difference to how the heli works or flies , though a keen eye may pick up on the fact its assembled from 2 sets of left hand panels ..

Came with canopy mounts / servo mount pads / anti rotation bracket and a complete frame ... For $15USD shipped , this will become the X-heli to test the Orange 3 axis gyro Rx ...
