I feel welcome, people are nice to each other and I totally feel a bit of love amongst the members. I also really like that so many people here buy vehicles from small and unknown companies just to see if it's actually any good.

And the lack of elitism, man do I love it. The hobby isn't very big here in Sweden and most people are Traxxas fan boys. A thread about getting in the hobby will always land in "Get a Traxxas". Even if it's for a three year old. Get a Traxxas. And if you even think about saying "But how about a nice cheap HBX, Feiyue or a WL Toys? They're great value for money and perfect for anyone to start with." you get like "Noooo, they totally suck and you will want a faster car soon enough".

I don't know man. This forum is proof that it isn't about size or speed. It's about fun. I enjoy reading the threads about modding almost as much as threads about trucks I want to buy or information that I need. And we have blogs! That's just awesome. There are so many things I just want to rant or rave about but doesn't really need a thread so this is perfect. If someone reads it, I know it will be another RC enthusiast who can relate and not just a nobody.

And then there are all of you great Youtubers here, talking with us regular folks and that's really neat.

Yep Les Amis,

(27 min 43 sec)

NOTATAZ : 16/20 Petit, Simple et efficace !

Niveau : Débutants et Confirmés
Les + : Résistant, Bonne image, Kit bien complet .
Les - : Pas d'OSD, Autonomie moyenne, Pas de Buzzer .

This is my Unboxing, Spektrum DX6 Radio Setup, and Review video for the new E-flite Delta Ray One RC Trainer Plane.

E-flite Delta Ray One RC Trainer Plane Unboxing, Spektrum DX6 Radio Setup, and Review (26 min 34 sec)

In the video I unbox the Beginner RC Plane, inspect it going over its features, go over the radio setup, show you how to bind it, explain expo, how to balance the plane for proper center of gravity, and a lot of other things anyone learning to fly with this E-flite Trainer Plane should know.

Review Notes:

Pros:
- It comes already assembled, which is normal for an E-flite UMX RC Plane.
- The plane can be upgraded with SAFE Plus GPS drone technology to add Autoland, Virtual Fence, and Holding Pattern. That is sold separately
- As your skills improve, it will grow with you with its three different flight modes with this UM Trainer Plane.
- It is FPV ready with OSD when using compatible cameras and headsets, unlike the trainer gold standard, Hobbyzone Champ.
- This plane is made of very nice quality foam, unlike most Micro RC Planes.
- The box it comes in makes an excellent transport container, so don't throw it away!

Cons:
- Some of the pros are going to be complicated for a noob to figure out on their own. Reach out to Horizon Hobby technical support if you get stuck.

Overall, this is a very cool Trainer RC Plane and I can't wait to test it outside.

Review & Test Flight - Turnigy NanoTech 3S 1000mAh 40C LIPO w/XT60

Here is a link to the Video:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DvEAbP43wxM

I decided to buy a couple of these batteries to test out in our "Glue & Fly Series" F-22 Mini V3 Alpha Build.
I have a wide variety of LIPOs I've been using in this Parkjet, everything from a 800mah-1300mah 3S LIPO.
The 3S 800mah are very light and the 3S 1300mah are fairly heavy.
This LIPO should be in the Goldilocks zone ;-) Just Right ;-)

Here is a link to this LIPO:

I've reviewed the new Eachine Trashcan which is a new brushless ducted 1 or 2s quadcopter offered exclusively by Banggood and is available here

Here is the review:

https://www.quadifyrc.com/reviews/ea...nd-full-review

Here is a excerpt from the fairly comprehensive review:

"The Eachine Trashcan is a 2s brushless micro ducted whoop-style quadcopter avaialble exclusively from Bangood. It builds upon the huglely successful Happymodel Mobula7 and it improves it in practically every aspect from a specs standpoint, most importantly for me from a frame strength perspective which I felt was the only real let down of the Mobula7 in my review."

I've also covered the biggest complaint of the popular mobula7 (frame weakness) and how this has been addressed plus how I've proven this is successful with a compilation of DVR crashes so far.

I was on FeeBay and spied this Lipo powered FF Glider .
Be very similar to the capacitor FF gliders , well (?) - Only it's not !

A) This particular glider is much more sturdy , not flimsy like some of the Capacitor Gliders out there
B) It's powered by a lipo battery , so you don't need to carry batteries about with you
C) Some what easy to tune for a decent flight

The lipo battery makes this one very interesting .
The motor does a pretty much full power run for 15 seconds and then cuts off .
So the battery should last for quite some time .
Just push down the button on top the canopy for a 15 second burst of power ( simple ) ..
And to recharge the battery , just connect to a USB power source .. Probably want a low current source for such a small battery .
To date , this one would have to be the most impressive Powered FF Glider I have ( to date .. )
Starting around $10 Ozzi bananas , it's probably a very affordable way to get anyone out and about flying a model .
I have bounced mine of the brick wall a few times now tuning the glide with no damage , so I would suggest it is rather durable .

I would definitely rate this one = Cheap Fun !
Oh! And let's not forget the potential of the internal goodies , for use in possibly other models .

Order Yours Eachine E511 WIFI FPV 720P on Banggood.com !!!!

Eachine E511 FPV With 720P (2 min 59 sec)

What to say about this Mavic Air clone from Eachine. I'm not fan of quadcopter with brushed motors but this one has nice specification
and flies really great. 17 minutes of flight time is really big plus for E511 and it comes with 7,2V 1200mAh 25C battery. The quality of
the plastic parts are very good and it has really nice and modern design. It is foldable and it easily fits into the backpack. Weight of E511
without battery is 199g / with battery 270g. Eachine E511 provides stable flight and hold altitude very well. It is suitable for beginners
and gives lot of fun.

Weight without battery 199g.

Weight with battery 270g

I'm in the process of redoing my 4 Pistol Gun case that I use to carry some of my equipment, including my goggles. I figured that while I was at it, I'd add a custom case insert for my FS Dom V3 goggles that allows me to keep my antennas on, protects them well, and is still easy peasy to get the goggles out. This was what I came up with.
