Yes, that's right, artificial intelligence built in via webcam that stops the print if it detects a failure. More coming soon!

I have been having a problem with my AR7350 receiver
When I first bind the Rx to my transmitter and no AS3X settings have been added. i.e. it is a normal receiver. All functions appear to work Okay.
When I go into the initial setting up of the AS3X functions problems occur as follows.
1.. Set receiver orientation – Gear and Aux’s working Okay
2.. set flight Mode Switch - still Okay
3.. Aircraft Type – when the selection is Normal Wing – Normal Tail – Gear and Aux’s still Okay
4.. When 1 Aileron and Normal Tail are selected the Gear and Aux’s stop working.
The receiver has the latest firmware installed versi9on 1.60 but I downloaded and installed the data again for this receiver in case I had somehow corrupted the program Data. It had no effect.
To get the Gear and Aux to work again I have to reset the Rx to defaults.
Is there an explanation for this problem or am I doing something wrong?
Has anyone else had this problem and if so what is the fix?
in anticipation

3 In one day !

I had almost given up on the Land , over one month to get here . The Ruike came from Queensland , found a seller with some very nice pricing .
Decided I had enough junk knives , so indulged myself with some Sandvick ( No , not ham and cheese - rather steel ) .

It's not only LiPo C ratings that are over inflated these days. The weight and capacity of the batteries may also not be as advertised or even match the label.

The only safeguard a buyer has is to purchase batteries from a reputable company with a record for honoring warranties. To avoid companies with fraudulent practices, do some research. A good place to start is the Battery Load Test Comparisons thread.

Once batteries are purchased, the buyer should immediately check the battery for weight, voltages and capacity. If the battery is not reasonably close to specs, file a claim to return them under warranty.

I recently purchased 4 Zippy Compact 6s 25c 5800 mAh packs from Hobby King. They are advertised as 745 gram packs, but in fact weighed 803 grams each. All four were going in one plane, so that weight difference was huge!

In addition to the additional weight, the actual capacity of the packs was only 4300 mAh. That's not even usable capacity. That's taking the battery down to 3.3V per cell!

Hobby King wouldn't honor the warranty, because they sat in my basement at storage charge for 20 days beyond the warranty. They took no responsibility for selling overweight batteries with fraudulent labels.

Buyer beware!

I must be getting old because for the life of me I can't seem to remember the password to my old Rcgroups account.
And I can't seem to remember where
I written it down either..
Honestly its been a while since I've even been on Rcgroups page's as it seemed to me that the hobby I use to know and love seemed to have took a sharp nose dive after 2015 with the whole drone thing and the collapse of the parts and kits industry as they promoted more of those miserable foam ARF's, (or so I find them to be).
Thus I had no interest with the hobby shops disappearing as well.
And so as the time passed, and I got older as my collection still remained..
Lately, I figured that I can't keep this stuff forever as I have no sons and wasn't giving it away to anybody either..
So now during this new Covid era change
I figured I'd start letting some of this stuff go online in online places like Rcgroups...
But I couldn't remember my old Rcgroups password and the recovery system didn't seem to work for me either...
So I had to start up a new one.
And I know nobody may remember my old username as: "MARCUSTHE EDGE"
as I only sold some really cool rare plane copter or kit only sometime and then once in a great while.
But I was very active in the old days of the AMA Expo Swap Shop back in Cali.
So for some of you that may remember..
Hey, I'm still here and retired and living in Missouri and I brought all my stuff with me and found more and its all still here with me and some of it, I will be looking for a new home for.
Thank you for reading my Whoop's blog.

I've been waiting and waiting for this Eachine Mini F4U Corsair to arrive and now it's time to Review this Micro Warbird.
I noticed the LIPOs for this Plane are not the 1S 360mah LIPOs that came with the Eachine Mini P51D, these are 1S 400mah LIPOs.
I'll test this Plane with the 1S 360mah, and 1S 380mah LIPOs as well as I found they work just fine in the Eachine Mini P51D.
Stay tuned and we'll see how this Eachine Mini F4U Performs in the air ;-)

Hi everyone!
I'm new to the site and am just about to start building Robin Fowler's designed 71.5"Miles Messenger. The model will be based on Miles Messenger G-AKBO which was built in 1947 and won the King's Cup Air Race in 1947. I acquired the parts of 'BO that had been languishing in a hangar in Bristol from Jim Buckingham, owner of Monty's Messenger. It really was a basket of bits but having just a bit of experience in aircraft restoration I managed to put it back together and got it flying some 18 months later. I left the UK many years ago and live in Spain where I recently met a chap from the local rc flying group which got me to thinking!!
Back in the eighties I built a Mick Reeves 1/6 scale Hurricane which I still have. I love building the models but find it very difficult to fly them! I'm practising hard on a RF9 simulator which the other half gave me for Xmas. All help will be much appreciated, especially advice over what glues to use, and answering questions that surface during the build. Robin, your vast experience will be a bonus.

The repaired steering linkage in

finally broke for the last time. It was the 1st time a teflon repair broke. It managed to drive 3 miles with only 1 wheel turning. It couldn't turn sharply, but it could go in straight lines & turn slowly through the miracle of computer aided steering.

The lion kingdom ordered enough aluminum steering linkages last year to replace them all, but never bothered replacing them until necessary. No vehicle being driven as much as these is perfect. They're all destroying themselves with high mileage & manetaned just enough to get by.

As usual, there were discoveries during the repair. It ran into some kind of animal excrement. A very sticky brown material with the rubbery smell of bile was covering a steering linkage which had to be replaced. It was truly awful. Couldn't clean it all off. Just threw away as many parts as possible & returned the remaneing, slightly coated parts.

Lions are usually careful about avoiding excrement. It may have really been some kind of plant matter.
