Below is a video I made showing a bent main shaft as opposed to straight new one. I find this to be one of the main causes for wobbling heli or in my case for tbe (toilet bowl effect) on my 120sr and msr.
I have bent my main shaft in as little as 1 flight from initial installation so there is no guarantee that you will get X amount of uses out of them before they bend. Also it can be difficult to know if they are bent when installed on heli. They do help cause wobble and tbe but are not the only causes for this so it is hard to be 100% sure without removing them and rolling them like in the video. You can rotate the blades as slow as possible while installed to guesstimate if it is bent. If it is bent bad you will see on slow rotation otherwise you may need to take it off and roll it like the video.
Also another thing you might not notice until you remove the main shaft is any splintering or breaking of the main shaft. While my heli was still functioning I had broken one of the ball linkages on my fly bar so I took of the main shaft to be able to replace it. While doing this is came to find the main shaft had splintered near the top also. See video demo below

Bought a mcpx. After a couple of crashes the main blades would not spin. On inspection I noticed the main gear slipped so this video shows how to snap it back on.
I bought another mcpx and it happens on that one too so it is probably a common issue and not specific to mine. It was confusing at first because I am coming from using a 120sr before this and on that heli the main gear is screwed in so this issue does not happen. On mcpx main gear is NOT screwed in so a couple of hard landings and it tends to slip.
Also I have msr and msrx also which are not screwed in but they never seem to have the problem. Only mcpx in my experience so far.
