I brought the SA MudBug out of retirement & installed a light system with 6 LEDs.
A fun little flyer that can fly almost anywhere.

Here my friend Tina poses with the MudBug.

too bad it's been raining...'cause I'm looking forward to flying my new JK Aerotech Corsair.'s a .25 sized combat plane...all solid foam & tape, but I'm using mine as a sport flyer.

Powered by Saito .30 four-popper.The mount also fit the small case Saito .40a and most .25 2 cycle engines. This should be fun.

AUW ~46 ozs.

I built one of these waay back in 2003,it was electric powered (I used a brushed 480 on 8 cells. It flew but it was underpowered.I did like the fact that it was almost indestructo...& it flew decent & does all the usual aerobatics. forward to 2013 I've built another T-52,glow powered.I had it out yesterday for some early winter fun.Powered by an old OS 15 I had..the remainder of RC gear was stuff I had laying around.

Fun plane,it's covered in deep yellow Ultracote & green tape.AUW 2 lb.2ozs.

Over this past summer I have swapped several engines in the UPROAR..finally settleing on a Saito .50 as my fav.Easy to start..plenty of power and it's easier on the glow fuel.

Our club has held several fun fly-ins where we had fun..all perfectly safe also. Here are a few pics of 2011 planes & my fav bud pilots.

yes...after watching the guys in my club fly these Tower UPROARs I had to build easybuild, even for slow me. could be e-converted...if I try that I'll just build another...power it with 4A123 cells for about 450-500 watts.

...anyway,I've flown the glow UPROAR five times, still gotta fine tune the carb, but it's really a fun sport plane. You'll notice I mounted the engine with the cylinder the exhaust goes under the plane.Cleanup isn't too bad.
