HobbyTownUSA Super Gold Foam-Safe Super Glue comes in 3-4 variations:

Name Cure Time

Super Thin ~1-3sec.
Thin ~5-10sec.
Medium ~15-30sec.
Thick/Gap Filling ~1-2min.

I have used this glue (both Super Thin and Gap-Filling) and I have had no problems with it whatsoever. You can also buy the Insta-Set "Accelerator" or "Kicker" to bond "instantly". (within reason, of course)
There is also a "De-Bonder" if you need to debond/de-stick something. *wink wink*

WARNINGS:
-Eye irritant. Avoid contact with eyes.
-Bonds skin in seconds.
-When hit the super thin with accelerator, it will get very hot and if it's on your finger when you kick it, it will burn you and sometimes leave a blister.
-Toxic!


I have used this glue on numerous different types of foam.
EPP
Depron
Styrofoam
Home depot insulation foam

and it is 100% fully Foam Safe. No problems!

It also comes in many sizes, like:
1/2oz
1oz
2oz
4oz
etc

I usually buy 1/2oz.

Only real problems is I often get the tip clogged. (probably because I don't know how to use super glue!) But luckily there are replacement tips for only $.50!

The 1/2oz is about $6.99 to $7.99 at most Hobbytowns. (other size prices unknown)

Basically, it's the title! I am doing mini-reviews of planes, electronics, glue, paint, tape, etc. I have had on my blog. I believe it will help people looking for people who review stuff really well and know what they're doing. Now, you may ask, "What is HE doing stuff that people that know what they're doing should do?" Well, the simple answer is because I believe that if you try something, you can eventually get better at it if practiced often. Basically, the point of doing it on my blog instead of a forum is so that not a ton of people see it!!! I don't know how well they will be! See my first one above.

I started RC in late December 2009. I had been flying Realflight G3.5 for about 2 years before that. My first plane was a Harbor Freight Wild Hawk. I got it for Christmas and it came with everything. It comes with a small charger, a 700mAh Ni-MH pack, a Brushed ESC and motor (installed), a 3ch 27mHz Rx and Tx, and 2 big slow servos. It is okay in zero wind, but any will not let it get up.
After this, I built a delta plane (later dubbed “Delta del Avion”) out of Home Depot insulation foam. I used a GraysonHobby 1100Kv 2208-17 motor and GraysonHobby 18A ESC. I used a Oranger RX from HobbyCity and a 800mah 3s Li-Po. (only things I had at the time) You could, though, use a motor like these:

AX 2308N 1100kv brushless Micro Motor
Omega 72G 1100kv Brushless Motor
and most other 250-400-size brushless motor.


AUW, as I later figured out, was about 9-13oz, depending on the battery.

I really enjoyed rolls and (attempted) loops, and even cobras, but I really wanted a more 3D-capable plane.
That was when I bought the Leadfeather Pizza Box Flyer from E-Foamy (now known as “FancyFoam”) at the 2011 Kansas City Indoor RC Extravaganza. I very quickly sold it to my dad, and bought the Leadfeather Edge 540 from E-Foamy. I also bought a couple Turnigy 2730 Brushless motor and a HK 10-12A ESC, along with three nine-gram servos. Me and my friend had been working on a walking trail in the woods by my house and I made a video. at the time of the video, we were about 2 months in (about 30min. a day and in late fall, early winter.) and after that we got even further.

Now, unfortunately, "the greens starta' growin' the trail startsa' goin'." and the trail is TOTALLY inaccessible (basically, we went far into the woods, then started the trail to prevent from getting caught, etc.) until I take a weed-eater to them!!!!!! (which might actually be illegal)

So, now, we just need to get a cheap weed eater or something and cut them down.

We built a bridge of wood in a couple days, also. It help us cross a creek. (Fun Fact: It's REALLY heavy) We also built a Self-Fed (builds itself) dam. (explains it in the video)
Him and I have also just recently found a new HUGE set of trails PREMADE by other people in another section of the woods.



But, anyway, here is the video:

I made the source video a long time ago and it was REALLY bad. But I used a highly advanced video editing software to make it much better.

Man guys, I have REALLY just TOTALLY lost interest in the mini Yak 55! Maybe once I get some electronics for it, I will regain interest.

Now I am going to use the stuff I was going to use in the mini Yak 55 in the Dualsky Breeze mini! I will try to get the mini Yak 55 painted but then I'll put it where I store all of my other things I am putting aside for a while.

So, I did a little work on the Yak 54.

Decided to change the MG-90's with Futaba S148's. Quite a bit heavier but much more torque. And really, not a lot slower... about .03 to .04 seconds. I also get much more throw with them.

I also started to sand the ink off the foam to get it off and I did succeed, but it is hard to do, and there's some places (like under the hinge tape) that are impossible to get to. So I decided to forget about it.
