Incidence Bar with digital angle gauge

this Laser Cut Incidence bar kit is cut by Fly2build.com The jigs are cut from 1/8” lite ply and go together very quickly and easily with common wood glue or medium CA, epoxy, etc. The purchaser will need to supply a length of 1/16” x 3/4” aluminum bar stock, (2) hex nuts and allen head cap screws, optional brass tubing and felt protection as shown.

i found thumb screws and nuts at ace hardware i had to go to lowes for the aluminum bar stock ace had 1" but not the 3/4". i built it using thin CA i used a canopy magnet in the angle gauge pad to hold the digital angle gauge in place. i also put a few layers of Plyobond/ruber cement on the deck of it for some Grip . the digital angle gauge was purchased at Harbor Freight Tools you can see in the pictures that it is very sensitive. the picture of the bottom of it shows the magnets in it and the square magnet i hope to use when i make a throw meeter using the digital angle gauge. the reason i did not just purchase a i Incidence meeter is i hope to use this as a throw meeter also and if i ever get back into helis i can also use it as a pitch gauge. there are some pictures of me using it on my extreme flight vanquish mkII.
