Another purchase from HobbyKing. I bought this one to train on, after Iím fully comfortable with my T-28, I plan to move to this jet to try out EDF and eventually work my way up to my SR71.

Disney is putting out a movie next year called Planes. One of the main characters is a cropduster, which looks very similar to a P-51 with a few modifications. I’m going to attempt to remodel this plane into the main character from the movie.

This was an interesting choice for a second plane, but I had lots of fun with it. I ended up replacing the stock motor with the motor from a Hobbyzone Champ and it brought it back to life. Was actually quite easy to fly compared to all the other Dr.1's out there. Floats along nicely, but of course you can really only fly this one in dead calm conditions.
