Thanks to the overwhelming response to the RAM3, I'm now able to buy parts in larger quantities and therefore reduce the price to $79.

The Soaring Circuits website has now been updated to include the RAM3.

Some have asked about using the RAM3 with a USB port. The RAM3 comes with a serial upload cable, but it may be connected to a USB port by using a USB/Serial adapter like the ones shown here.

The Soaring Circuits website has not been updated yet, but RAM3's are now shipping. My backlog of orders is currently running about 2 weeks. I also have the little 50mAh LiPo cells in stock if anyone wants their RAM3 to be self contained. The LiPo's are $15 and come wired to plug right into the RAM3. A charging lead is also included.
