They works ofc but they are the crappyest rotors I got in my life.... they will be nice for a freestyle quad to learn new tricks....

I've bought a motor for my RidgeRacer(fried esc already replaced)...

had some motor very low quality I had bought 27$ a pack of 4....
I've swapped bells with my old racerstar edition limited, also new ball bearings and adjustment...
And I did cut the motor bases to look like naked bottom...
Flies like there are brand new rotor....
Now I need to put back top frame mount and fpv equipment!

I did try that butter bar and well it was a bad exp for me.
I had ~fixed the vibrations in the fpv feed at low throttle with Betaflight.
But Butterflight brought back the vibrations; it was almost unflyable, it's lot more vibration than with Betaflight...
I switched back to Betaflight for now. I'll give that Butter another try later with some brand new equipment to try it out correctly.

Did some footage with the new firmwares to my R25 Sunnysky now using C-H_90 with a startup power of 1.0.
Still have some propwash but low throttle oscillation are almost gone...

UPDATE It turned out to be bad pids... More info soon.

Crappy low throttle motor oscillation (3 min 51 sec)

Found out my R25 sunnysky escs are in cause.... did update them to blheli 16.7 and used c-h_90 over c-h_15.
They works fine using that timing they just lot more smooth now with none low throttle oscillation ....

Will show that in the next video.

Took some break from drones... then watched some skitzo videos and I'm back!

I've flew a day ago, it wasnt that bad after not having a flight for like 2 good months...

I felt like I was using too much rate... so I have dropped it down from 1200 to 770.

It's way better that way... I dunno why I went with 1200 since the beginning... it was mistake.

Also found out that 2 escs and a motor died from my last crash with my RidgeRacer (2 months ago...) The combo esc/motor flew only 2 lipos...

Mitigating that atm....

Well a while ago I bought some 30A BumpBee S with the description telling it was working with multishot and oneshot...

Then tried them and I had roll of death using both multishot and oneshot....

Then like a day ago came the idea why not dshot.. then I did some research around the escs... and discovered that mine came with a cap removed....

So they are only able to run using DSHOT...

No need to say it is TOP ESCs! Big fets and super smooth using BLHELI_S J_H_90

Yesterday went the backyard field to train myself a lil bit more with that new way to fly...

Flew 2 lipos... the second one was his last... A R2205 2500kv SunnySky motor fried while flying!!!

So crash and almost lost GoPro...

The motor has now a freaking bad smell... and it has builtin braking forever now .... ( copper wires wielded together... )

I question seriously the quality of these motors... It was my fourth flights with them and never crashed...

My First combo didn't last long too... was an R2205 2300kv... I crashed them in a grass field one times they were already unusable after this (one crash YEA Ball bearings from 3 motors were deads)...

In other side my PULSO COBRA CP GOLDEN LASTED WAY MORE THAN THAT.... I'm still flying with them they have crashed a lot!!! even on ASPHALT!!!

Just swapped ball bearings and they still flies smooth....

To me it's obvious... QUALITY of THESE SunnySky R2205 Is freaking questionable...

Freaking durable... Crashed lot but they are still smooth...

I do use them for my PULSO COBRA CP GOLDEN 2205... original one are too expensive...
