Good looking highly visible waterproof quadcopter the GPToys F51C. It flies good and has great features, but mine had very limited range, so I would keep it in close.
Waterproof, I didn't try it, but you could fly it in the rain, Ive seen people dunk it in a fish tank and ponds, its very durable, I crashed mine into a cornfield and it had to sit out there for 24 hours before we found it back. Zero damage!
All the functions worked, flips, rolls, headless, return to home, lights, all did well.
PROs:

CONs:
- Camera is at a down angle, so only useful if really high, but radio
range isnt very far, so cant get high enough to use it
- Range was very short on mine
- Had a prop fly off on the maiden, make sure to push them on when
you first take it out of the box.
