I just got this new FrSky Q x7 16-channel telemetry & s-bus radio from Amazon (prime) for $105 (vendor: HeliDirect)

and occasionally you can get it even for less. There is a (very) slightly new model Q X7S so that explains the price drop.

Mine arrived in two days because of Amazon Prime, if it comes from china it takes a bit longer

I also got a FrSky X8R telemetry & s-bus 16-ch receiver for $34 from Bangood :
