Just picked up this new blade 360 cfx 3s version the other day and loving it. Before this my biggest heli was the 180 cfx.

First upgrades on my new 130s

So I recently got back into RC helicopters after a lengthy break and selling all my old stuff. I've already got 2 blade nanos and a blade 130s with a dx6e tx. It's good to be back and I'm thoroughly enjoying it

I've been flying cp helis for a lil over 4 months and have progressed a lot in that time, I figured it's about time I got a decent charger that can charge all my lipos. I did a lil reading and eventually went to my lhs and bought a sigma eq mini and the leads for charging my nano lipos and 130x lipos. Total cost was $80 bucks $60 for the charger with A/C power plug, a very impressive balance board, and even a D/C power plug with clips for connecting to a 12v battery. I must say I am completely satisfied as I've seen many other comparable chargers going for over $100. Here's some pics and if your like me looking for your 1st balance charger I highly recommend the Sigma EQ Mini.

I've upgraded my nano with MH swash/grips/hub, got a 7mm tail motor, KBDD main blades and RKH tail rotor, mcpx skids, and ill have my bl motor any day now. I'll update pics after I install it.

Got my 1st blade recently, decided on the nano cpx. I added a little color and some mcpx landing skids so far. Here's some pics...

So I noticed the tail motor gets pretty hot on my v911, so I fumbled with a few ideas for a heat sync till I found one that worked. I ended up using bread ties and just stripped them down to the wire and they easily wrapped around the motor and stayed. Plus they are super lightweight and it actually keeps the motor cooler and helps it cool faster.

So everyone has there own take at how to fix the vertical tail fin on the WL V912 so that the tail rotor does not hit the ground. This was my fix with what I had at my disposal. I found an extra whisk in my kitchen that a few of the wires were broken halfway off, so I cut a piece, bent it, then super-glued it on the leading edge of the fin. I wrapped a small piece of electric tape around after it was dry for extra support as I figured super glue alone might break off. I didn't weigh anything, as it totally slipped my mind, but I guarantee its lighter than using an F-45 fin which I've seen others do. I approximate the weight to be around a half a gram given the length of wire I used and the tape. Hope this helps someone in my shoes. I don't have much for "hobby supplies" yet as I'm fairly new to flying so I was creative
