With nothing to do, I started playing with the new version of DevWing. A really good program for wing design, easy to use, and understand.
This is what i got so far.
3,6m RES wing, 3 piece wing, using AG2X series airfoil

I have started a build, based on the Balmung, I have named it The Joker.
It is a 3m thermal, Electric, flying wing. I will use 1 layer of 50gr unicarbon, and 1 layer of 50gr wowen glassfiber. The spar is 12 mm carbon tube.
This is my first flying wing build.
The airfoil is PW RES, all the way, the flaps hinge line, will be at 80% of the chord.
I have recieved all the hardware needed, the only thing missing, is the time to continue building
I have glued the spar to the wing, with polyurethane glue. I will upload Pictures

I have been lurking around here for a couple of years, and it is time to introduse my self
I am 45 year Young, I live in the south east of Norway, the flat part.
I started in this hobby in 1982, with a long break from 1990 to 2008. My passion are, and have always been, rc gliders, I returned to the hobby with a laser kit of the Slingsby Petrel, from Williams plans, stil on the building Board.
As you can see, in the attachments, my latest Projects, are some Versions based on the buble dancer, very Heavy, but they fly quite good

My current project, are The Joker, a thermal flying wing, based on the Balmung, With a PW RES airfoil and full TE flaps.
I might do a build log here
