In 2013 I hit the helicopters hard after 5 years of flying only airplanes. The initial purchase was four Blade BNF helis, and I liked those so much I decided to add the 300x to the fleet. It has been extensively modified so far, it flew good stock, but I like to mess with things.

Alloy blade grips
Alloy swash plate
Alloy follower arms
Carbon fiber tail fins
Carbon fiber tail blades

Lynx:
Carbon fiber frame stiffener
Ultra tail system combo
Alloy one way bearing hub
136t helical main gear
14t helical pinion gear
Alloy canopy mounts

Spektrum:
DX9 transmitter
AR7200BX receiver/flybarless system
(3) DS76 digital cyclic servos

JR:
DS290G ultra speed digital tail servo

Castle Creations:
Talon 35a brushless ESC

I'm waiting to get called into HR for having too many flying machines at work. These little suckers have gotten so cheap that they are even more addictive than they were before. They're all stock and I don't take them terribly seriously, but they are a ton of fun. The nQX is by far my favorite micro ever.

The nQX is 1/2 oz. The Mini Vapor is only 8 grams, that's like 4 pennies.

EDIT: Didn't feel like adding another post just for the PT-17, so I'm sticking it in this post. Another fun little micro.
