New feature of 1330

It's very simple:
Remember that button #2 is used to enter the menu and cycle between the menu items. Button #1 is used to select an action.

How to bank switch:

1. Short press button #2 to get into the menu. You will hear a beep and see a single blue LED. This is the main menu.
Note that after a few seconds of inactivity, the CP will exit the menu by itself - you don't need to exit manually.

2. Press button #1 to select Bank Switching (this is the default menu item).

3. The LEDs will now show the profile you're on (between 1 and 5). You can use button #2 to move between profiles. Each will light up a different LED and sound an ascending tone.

4. When you get to the profile you want, click button #1 to select.

5. If you selected a different profile than current, the CP will reboot into the new profile.
If the profile is identical to the current one, nothing will happen.

So to switch to second bank from first bank you would do:
1. Short press button #2 (menu entered)
2. Press button #1 (bank selection is chosen)
3. Press button #2 (move to the second bank from current)
4. Press button #1 (activate bank)

CP reboots into the new bank.

This video explains why you should be careful when mixing carbon fiber and electricity in RC models -- and fills my studio with acrid, toxic smoke in the process.

Ive a short video here which i made to show you all how the CP gimbal controller performs during a torture test i put it through...
the footage speaks for itself. this is straight from the SD card.
enjoy !

Gimbal is a Walkera G3-3D, with gopro 3 black fitted. I threw away the stock walkera controller and fitted the CP.
To put things in perspective i mounted a keychain cam on the frame .

This video covers several common things you may need to do to get your Tarot 2D gimbal functioning properly.

As I mention in the video the magic formula was to do the sensor calibration with the GoPro pointing straight up, basically looking at the bottom of my hexacopter. Not sure if that's the recommended solution, but I can tell you it worked great for me.

Here are the links you'll need to have handy to install the gimbal firmware and configure it:

This video demonstrates how to wire your Tarot T-2D gimbal for tilt control using a FrSky Taranis. I'm using SBUS with the Pixhawk flight controller so an important step is to make sure you bind to your X8R receiver in Mode 4. This will give you 8 SBUS channels and 8 standard channels with one X8R receiver.
