I found the same foam plates that Peter uses for his Ultra Micro Nutball. $2.78 at Walmart. Using two of these plates, I used a compass to draw out the flat inner rim of the plate for the wing and another plate to cut out the Vertical Stabilizer. -

Dihedral Seams reinforced with Foam Safe CA. Rudder and Elevator Control Surfaces were fully cut through and then rejoined with Dubro Hinge Tape. -
