Today 7-2-17 I lost my first real quadcopter HobbyKing Spec FPV250 V2 Drone ARF Combo Kit - Mini Sized FPV Drone (ARF) to a fly away near Heather Woods neighborhood.
If leaving Heather Woods neighborhood from Spurce St. then make a right on Salem Church Rd.

Within this blog is a screenshot of my neighborhood and what direction it flew in and where I last seen it hit the tree. I heard it hit the tree and that was it . I went to the tree and didn't find it so I think it went somewhere beyond tree point.

Beginner Quadcopter brushless motor problem with Multistar 1704-1990 kv motors not working properly !

The Story so far :
Last know of motors working was before I lost a few m2x8mm screws during flight which was a week or 2 ago.
Haven't flown since.


So last night ( 5-30-17 ) I decided to for the first time use "Loctite Threadlocker Blue" to prevent for future flights.
So I took most of my motors and applied "Loctite Threadlocker Blue" to them .
Another reason I decided to use "Loctite " blue was because some of the screws or motor mount holes seem to be strip and I thought I could put some "Loctite " blue on the screws and the mount holes to re-thread them.
Then after 24hrs. I resemble everything back together and connected my "Cc3d" HobbyKing Spec FPV250 V2 Drone ARF Combo Kit - Mini Sized FPV Drone (ARF)" to my pc to do a safety system check to see if the motors were spinning in the right direction .


Problem :
Now 24 hrs. after applying "Loctite Threadlocker Blue", resembling, safety system check 2 out of 4 of my motors won't spin .
Motors are getting power but not spinning, just some clicking or ticking sounds coming from the motors or esc's with tiny jerking movement of trying to spin .

Please tell me if you think this would be useful ( "Lipo Battery Life Cycle chart" )
I wrote this for new people getting into the hobby like myself.

Please tell me If you like, What you like about it, and how could I improve on it.
There are 3 examples but I didn't know witch own to choose from.

Below is the chart:

"Lipo Battery Life Cycle chart"

Note:
Lipo battery Average cycles are 300400 charge/discharge cycles.

You should keep track of when you
charge it/
discharge it/
partially used it/
storage discharge it.

How to use:
Below is a chart of the day/date/yr. of when it was charged and day of flight or if or not flown and
reason for recharging a partly charged lipo and
storage discharge on a lipo battery.

day/date/yr. charges #/if you flew or not flown


{Example 1:

Sun.
Mon. 3/14/16 charge #1 /no flight
Tue. 3/15/16
Wed. 3/16/16
Thu. 3/17/16
Fri. 3/18/16 charge #1 /first flight
Sat. 3/19/16 charge #2 /second flight


Example 2:

Sun. Mon. Tue. Wed. Thru. Fri. Sat.

1/01/16 charge #1 for configuration = no flight /charge #2=no flight


Example 3:

Sun. Mon. Tue. Wed. Thru. Fri. Sat.

3/18/16

Amounts of Charges balance charge #1 for fc configuration and testing.
then balanced recharge #2
Amounts of Flights no flight
Amounts of Disharges

And this is the color code that goes on the battery.

Note: Color codes for Lipo Battery usages :

* White for Brand new battery that hasn't been fully charged that first time.
* Green for fully charged
* Grey for Partially Used
* Black for discharged for storage
* Red for Dead
* Blue for is time to recycle
