I got some new wheels and tires and I think they look great on the truck! They are just over 6" in diameter.

Here is a few pics of my Traxxas Tonka Truck. I used a Tmaxx chassis and converted it to Brushless with a Kyosho R8 ESC and motor. I mounted a Tonka truck body to the chassis and use a 72mhz Hitec Radio for control.

I also built a ground station for FPV using a plastic case and a tripod stand. I rummaged around in my garage and came up with an extra aluminum tail boom from a Trex450 helicopter. I drilled a hole in the bottom of the case for mounting to a tripod used for photography. Mounted to the outside is a 1.3ghz receiver and I relayed the signal over to a 5.8ghz transmitter so that my Fatshark goggles can receive the signal....Continue Reading
