Took all my big planes as it was supposed to be windy. Showed up before first light and waited - kinda a magic time...

As my Ripmax Spitfire landed (belly lander) you could see the early dew spray off the wing and is glided along the ground. Sunrise came - and flew some passes (so you could see the elliptical wing) in front of the sunrise....a perfect day.

Flew at first light - no wind for 3 plus hours. A perfect day indeed!

Well finally a break in the wind. Well the first day was not really a break, it was 15-20mph so I flew the Simple 400. Although light, it is fast, and it dampens pretty quick in the wind. Had to fly, I was going crazy!

Memorial day AM was calm, So I called Doug and we flew the Great Planes Corsair and Hellcat for the first time. They are for an upcomming eZone review.

They flew well even though they were brushed 2s systems. Not too shabby. Stay tuned for the review in a month or so......

Also flew the Alfa F4F Wildcat - man do I ever love that plane....very nice....

OK I will try the blog thing for a while. Those who know me, understand I like to write, especially doing reviews here on eZone!

I am a tad bit frustrated however. It has been one nasty spring here in DFW are texas. The wind has been blowing every single stinking day. To that we add the 90+ F temps and allergies! It has been indoors and building for me....

So I am working on the following (my wife is going nuts....with so many "new" airplanes)....

eZone Review planes:
Alfa F4F Wildcat...

Great Planes Corsair and Hellcat...

E*STAR Models AT 802F...

Other projects:
Then I have a GWS Pico Moth, A small cessna 182 and a Ripmax Spit all in boxes ready for "builds".

What fun......so all of you help me to get light winds and a break in my seasonal (in Texas that the season is about 10 months long.... ) allergies...
