Going back a little over a month ago I had this happen:
After that crash my plane had been recovered before I could recover it, and for a month I thought it was gone forever, and I had theorized many wild and crazy notions of what could of happened, and pondered heavily it's fate.
Then one dark and stormy night (It really was
), I received a phone call exactly on the eve of the first month of my planes departure... It was my plane! The next day exactly one month to the day it was lost it had returned home, and this is how it was:
The person whom had been looking over my lost plane had decided to gut it, which is how he found my information inside of the plane... because of this all components where requiring re-install.
Along with the re-install also went the FY31AP Autopilot system (which arrived 2 days after the crash...), and Hornet OSD.
It has been rocky with the new equipment... the plane flew very well however the autopilot did not like my out-of-balance prop at all... nor did my FY31AP like having it's pots turned as 2 of them where stuck and stripped out (ReadyMadeRC is going to exchange it once they have stock).
After much test flying and finally finding something that fit onto my camera (has it's wiring harness broke...), I realized an old stripped Walkera servo from my Genius CP had a connector type that fit onto my camera! I actually got the proper camera wire harness from ReadyMadeRC
