I had to add some wood to the right side of the center trailing edge. Whoever built the wing center panel attached this part off-center. -

Here's a close up of the center trailing edge repair and also a repair to the right flap that had a small chunk taken out of it. -

The left flap had a similar spot that had splintered and was missing some wood.

The mounting points are made from 1/2" x 5/16" sections of basswood and sanded to match the pod. -

Thirty minute epoxy bonds the mounting points to the pod. -

A tape and 2x4 jig was constructed to assist the drilling of the mounting holes. -

Since I do not have a drill press I did it free hand with the assistance of a my Craftsman drill, which has an integrated level. -

An 8-32 blind nut was pressed into the hole with a c-clamp and retained with some thin CA. -
