The new Timber X has proved to be one of the most fun aircraft I've ever flown. -

This once-neglected Parkzone T-28 needed some TLC! -

At some point, I might upgrade this to brushless. -

Brand new and nearly complete, the Master Stick has turned out to be a fantastic little model which no one wanted.

Still looking good! Some of the glue joints have yellowed and a few needed to be glued down once more, but it's as much fun as the day it was first flown. -

This model of AI-102, the lead aircraft of the second attack wave of Pearl Harbor flown by Lt. Saburo Shindo, is going to be seeing a lot more stick time now that it's dialed in. It's incredibly realistic in the air.

That little engine is almost too nice to hide under a cowl. This is the place where I lost the thrust washer since I later found it only a few feet away from where I snapped this photo. -

New prop, new mount and all of it on hand. I've reattached the torn stripes with canopy glue. They blew off during the test run in my front yard. -

It's been at least eight years since I last fired up this engine. Runs great! -

This beast had an O.S. in it at some time. Why break tradition now?

Here's the Adagio after its "re-maiden" flight. It has since become a real favorite. The wings were partially attached with Gorilla Glue since the spar was broken. New spar, new canopy, paint repairs and a landing wheel from the parts bin. -

The carb on the Spitty was stuck but no more. I have brand new fuel tubing which will go on soon. A prop and flight battery are on order. -

Removing the fuel tank access hatch revealed this foam. Incredibly, it was still supple! -

This tank is on its way out. Soon. -

And here she is! I'll try something other than diluted Fabuloso to try and clean it. It now smells like lavender-scented dust.

Here's the newly rebuilt "Sparrow" as seen in my last blog. Note the ribless design of the wing. It's wonderfully lightweight but fragile. I handle it from the lite ply center section. -

Anakin is a showing a rather stoic face after a successful relaunch. He's a rather weighty little bust and he does a great job of helping with the CG. With a 1300 3S lipo under the panel in front of him, CG is right on. -

True old school ParkZone RTF models which go perfectly with my equally old E-flite Adagio 280 powered glider and E-flite Mini Ultra Stick!
