Hi guys!
Early morning was terrific here in Central Florida and enjoyed a perfect Blue sky with Dead Calm conditions. It was a Hot and Muggy experience, however, but the 3 year old Park Zone T-28D Trojan flew like it was on rails and I commanded it to perform the best Continuous Knife Edge all around the field.
As the model maintained its low altitude passes in front of our field, there was a considerable RF Glitch (I was flying the model with the JR XP 7202 and Castle Creations Berg 4-Channel FM super narrow band receiver) and I had forgotten about the straight line RF emissions at the edge of the lake. The model was perhaps nothing over 15 feet at the time of the UGLY glitch and managed to pull her out from an unsolicited inverted nose down attitude. Unfortunately, because of the low altitude, the model flat stalled into the Brackish Water Lake adjacent to RC Field and made a good size plash wake.
When I arrived at the edge of the lake, I was surprise to see the model still intact and floating very well on its belly and perfectly balanced such that neither Aileron Servo was touching water. I was able to try out the Throttle and the Master Airscrew 3-Blade (10 X 7 X 3) moved slightly and was able to keep the model close to the edge but, without rudder I decided to just go ahead and get the club’s row boat and did some good work out. Because it was dead calm, I was able to row just a few rowing action strokes and was able to reach the model in record time.
I wasted no time and visited the local HomeDepot and purchased the CRC 2-26 Electronic Spray!
EDIT: Forgot to mention that the Cowl already had a crack on the bottom so, the impact with the water finally finished it and I left it half submerged in the water
It was so convenient as I had to get to the motor and ESC to spray the CRC product in!
Just go to show that everyone crashes from time to time.

Just providing some detailed Amp, Watt, Under load Voltage and RPM data on my latest adventures with my Park Zone P-47 Thunderbolt using the Park Zone 480 Brushless and while swinging the Durafly 4-Blade (10.25 inch) propeller!

The DURAFLY 4-Blade 10.25" diameter Propeller is just AMAZING with the Park Zone 480 (960Kv) motor! It made my Park Zone P-47 Thunderbolt zoomed upward like a Home Sick Dove!
Better yet, I flew with someone with a fast Park Zone Mustang P-51D that had a stronger and more powerful motor and he just barely could keep up with my JUG!
The best part was him watching me land using the retracts and flaps while his model still had to resort to belly landings
A few pictures of today's action and my model sporting the new DURAFLY 4-Blade!
The 2200's cells came down just a slight warmer than with the GWS 4-Blade.
Comparing the two, the DURAFLY is most certainly faster and with more thrust! Additionally, I did not find the DURAFLY brittle or flimsy but, rather nice and strong and much better than the GWS.
