I wrapped everything but the tail feathers with 1-1/2" strapping tape and then spray painted everything with Krylon. -

Cut right through the tracing paper, changing blades often makes it easier. -

The factory-cut in the fuselage base makes this step of mating with the wing much easier than it looks! the internal Gold-n-rods, and carbon will be goo'd in at this point during final ass'y. -

Kit came with 3 glue in hinges. I needed 9, so I cut them into 3 sections to get the required #. I figure, build it with what the kit came with! -

The fuselage has been sanded but no other work done to it. The empannage is all sanded, hinge slots marked and ready to cover. The wing is also ready to be taped. -
