I decided to go with a proven power system so, I purchased the E-flite 480 Brushless Outrunner 1020Kv with a matching 40-Amp Lite Pro Switch-Mode BEC Brushless ESC and the APC 12x6E thin prop.

I'll install four HiTec HS-5065MG Digital Feather Servo as well as a set of Diamond 3" Lite Wheels and a Hanger 9 Tail Wheel Assembly.

This should all be enough to start the project when my kit arrives soon.

After hearing a bit of hipe regarding this innovated Innovator MD530 by Thunder Tiger. Like many, I thought it was pricey and a little reluctant because of the proprietary design. However; I recently came across a 'used" complete setup with two batteries, software/interface, extra blades and parts. The price was really great although the 3-1 needed servo motor repair as well as new landing gear. Looked really good however; appears to have had a head strick or two......

The new place is on schedule so, it looks like 6-8 months until move in so, this little place must get staged for sale. That means the big projects have to go to storage and must de-personalize the living space! No Swifts - ECO or flatouts allowed...
