Last week I had the great pleasure to welcome Jeff to my shop ... Jeff was spending some holidays in Europe and showed up ... this was so neat to meet him ... we had, as you may imagine, a lot to talk about our hobby ... Thursday night we had a dinner on the front yard at the shop with our ladies ... as good times always get an end, Jeff left switzerland friday morning and was back home safe ...
What can I say ?!? just looking forward to welcome some more RC flyers at the shop and meet Jeff again probably next year in the USA ...
Jeff, thank you for showing up, I hope you enjoyed you stay and the time we spent together.

cheers now !

Maiden on friday 7th ... she flew straight from the building board, nothing particular to say about how she flies, just like a piece of cake ... was surprised how she can handle low speed (less than half throttle and still flying great) without any bad tendency ... perform aerobatics pretty well ... no need to look around if you want a nice little PC21, this one's for you !

wingspan 91cm; length 95cm; take off weight 640grams; made out of 6mm depron and 3mm for the wing's skin

Building plan will soon be ready for those who are interested !

Cheers

some pics of the maiden, the day after this Polaris crossed Geneva Lake from Evian (France) to Morges (Switzerland) ... as fas as I know the first international flight cross Geneva Lake with an electric propulsion ... 14,6km within 16 minutes ... we followed the model with a motor boat, with a faster one we could have done this in a shorter time ... maybe next time

enjoy !...Continue Reading

Hi Guys,

here is the latest project coming in the shop ... I'm taking this over ... some more building hours ahead, I just ignore how much work, but quite a lot ...

the smallest is a standard size Polaris, then a 133% Polaris (almost done) and finally a enlarged version of Laddie's NorthStar which will be powered by a gas turbine, wingspan should be more or less 6ft ...

have Fun and enjoy Yourselves !
