RTF. with this particular motor, a geared Mega 1615/4 with gearbox on 4S, 3 oz tail weight temporarilly added to the fuse for balance; she really penetrates this way and I liked this AUW best.

This is the modified slope fuse. The front 1/4 inch has been removed. I use Gorilla tape to secure the removable motor and cone assembly. -
