I started with electric models, balsa constrctions and RC piloting in 2009.
I have built several models, up to 160 cm wingspan (3-4S). And I just love it!!!! To draw, find solutions to build, actually build the plane and maiden it!!!!
In 2014 I started to ride mountain bikes in a regular basis, and that sport toke me away from my planes and my tools!
And just this last weekend I decide to re-start with RC electric airmodels!!!
And to do so I will draw and build a "WWII WarBird Type" plane, and before start the construction tread I will be posting my ideas here!
I have decide a few things about this new kid:
1. It will be a 140 cm wingspan size - just because this is the size I`m most confortable with;
2. I will design it based on six WWII fighters: Mustang P51, Yak-9, Focke-Wolfe 190, Messerschmitt BF 109, Mitsubishi A6M Zero, and Macchi 205
3. Airfoil NACA 2413, tapered wing.
I hope to feed this blog as my work keep going!!!
Any suggestions and help will be great!!!!
