Hello, a friend of mine owns a tugboat built in 1926 in Los Angeles for William Wrigley; I very much need your help identifying it. Following are the details as far as I know. I am hoping to get your help to verify or correct this information.

His tugboat had "Wilmington" written on the stern when he acquired it, but all of the ships logs and information was removed. It is one of these two tugs.

JOHN N. STEWART
&
MILTON S. PATRICK

They were commissioned by

WILLIAM WRIGLEY JR.

In 1926 for

WILMINGTON TRANSPORTATION CO.

At some point during their 62 years with Wilmington Transportation, they were renamed:

JOHN N. STEWART became THE WILMINGTON

MILTON S. PATRICK became TERMINAL ISLAND

In 1998 the Wilmington Transportation company was purchased by

FOSS MARITIME COMPANY, SEATTLE WA.

The owner is trying to ascertain whether he has the Stewart or the Patrick and if his tug was used in the filming of the

1955 show "WATERFRONT"

I was given pics of a blog entry regarding these 2 boats, but i can't find the thread or the users.

The users are "capntroy" and "a_bell". the entries were dated 11-7-2007, and 7-26-2013.

Any help would be appreciated

Thanks a bunch!!
