Found this online this week and was able to talk them down quite a bit and even get them to meet halfway! Very old build but in very good shape. The engine setup is definitely a first, never seen one with a baffle plate linked to the throttle like this. Iíve been told itís very old school and VERY loud. Maybe weíll see about finding it a muffler...

Picked this up from a good friend whoís had it at his hobby shop and just doesnít have the clientele to get it sold, Iím a bit off from flying it yet which as fine as itíll cost a good bit to get it in the air. BUT at roughly half of retail cost I couldnít say no! Canít wait to get it in the air, step one is deciding between a DLE 20RA, an RCGF 20, or a Saito, but I can mull it over for a few months anyway. Had to get a look at it before it gets tucked away for a while, what a beautiful plane and Iím excited to add it to the mustang fleet.

Still have some fine tuning to do of the control surfaces and interior wiring, but boy is this thing gorgeous! So glad I decided to keep it!

Got to spend some good time this weekend working on the trim for the Eagle 2 that's on my bench! I've done some patch jobs here and there but this is the first plane that I'm fully covering from bare wood to finished so thus far I'm very pleased with it! Need to finish up the backside, which I'm dreading trying to make it match, and add some stripes to the horizontal stab, but all in all I love it! I knew I was going to use white, and my 4 year old grabbed my lone roll of orange and suggested it and how could I tell her no? Used the Eagle 2 ARF I recently pickup as inspiration for the striping, with a few changes. Can't wait til it's done!

This stuff gets me excited! I’m not quite skilled enough to fly this yet, but this was part of my recently acquired lot and it’s one I can’t pass up keeping! Assembly and discussion videos will be loaded to my YouTube channel as I go along!

Hi Everyone!

New-ish to RCGroups but spend a lot of time in quite a few RC groups on social media. I'd like to spend more time here for several reasons. One being I sell things here and there and Ebay is getting RIDICULOUS with the way they treat sellers. Regardless, I'd like to invite anyone to check out my YouTube channel, Inverted Adventures! It's small but growing, and covers a lot of my RC Car and Airplane related adventures! I also have a matching social media page for those interested with keeping up between videos.
