In order to save time when preparing my equippement for charging . I modified a board that was lying in my cupboard.
I designed special fixtures for the power supplies and the chargers. If I want to travel I can easily remove them from the board.

The safety bags are only fixed with velcro. It is mainly to avoid them to fall down from the board when it is moving for room to room (I am charging in my kitchen)
But also to avoid confusion when to many lipos are in charge

Unfortunatly the board that I found in my cupbaord does not match with this cupboard !!!

This is my mini fpv wing
I already built few of them. It is flying perfectly. You can leave your sticks and the wing will fly straight.
It is so easy to flight that it is boring so I added a fpv system
It is made with 7mm epp and a carbon tube 3/2

The esc is a 6a
The motor is 1811 2900kv
Prop 5x3 or 45x40
Servo HXT500

The support motor is made with 3d printing

The fpv gear that I am using on my micro quad is working so fine that I made some for my mini wing
It is is easy and cheap !
The weight is only 7gr.
I use velcro to fix it on the wing. It absorbs the vibration and in case of crash it can be save.
The picture is very nice. There is no jelly.
The range is more than 800m. For my mini wing, it took age to reach this distance...

For less than 30$ you can do it. It is a great value

The quality of this antenna is really poor but for the price is ok. It is almost quadruple the range over a straight wire

Do not try others cheap brand or you will have noises when the motors are running

It is my new 110 fpv quad.
The main frame was printed in 3D (SLS technology).

The motors are from the micro house warehouse. It is the CL-0820-15.
These motors are amazing !! Flying outside with high speed pass is just great ! It can even handle some wind!! Nothing to compare with the standard husban motor

It is my new 250 fpv quad.
The main frame was printed in 3D (SLS technology). The frame is hollow and reinforced with carbon rods (2.5).
The arms are carbon tubes only pinch on both side.

It is my first ground station. The frame is made of wood
Except the tripod everything can fit inside.
The rx is the one from HK (5.8ghz) like the cloverleaf antenna
The screen is 8" with bluescreen option
On the top I installed a DVR from Ebay

For the lipo, I installed a "L" profil that I folded in the bottom to support the lipo checker and to avoid that the lipo slides down

The sun protection is made of depron that I painted in black

The bottom of the box is covered with thick mousse. And I did notches in my frame at the same locations as the reinforcement of the box. So the station cannot slid left right in the box

It is my micro quad.
The frame is made from Balsa
The control board comes from an husban x4 together with motors and propellers
For the fpv gears, I used a TX5813 and micro cam F10HC (520tvl)
I used an cloverleaf antenna for the video transmission
I used an USB voltage convector for having 5v on the TX5813 and the cam (3.3v->5v)

Because of the FOV of 90 it is very hard to fly inside. Once the weather becomes better I will try outside

This is my last wing. The wing was designed for long range fpv.
It is made of foam similar to depron but it seems that the density is higher
It is reinforced with a carbon rod in the middle and some tape on the leading edges.
The final weight is quite high without the Fpv gear, it reach 1200gr (with a 4400mah 3s lipo, a 55A ESC and 600W outrunner) for 1meter wingspan
The maiden fly was not perfect. Probably because of a bad cog (away too nose heavy) and a wrong prop size.

It is my second multiwiicopter
This time I attempted to built a sport copter.
The motors are the bluewonder 1300kv with 8x4.5 prop and 10A Esc
It is a miniWii board with ITG3200 for the Gyro and a BMA180 for the accelerometer.
The frame is made with aluminium profils (18x8x0.5) light and rigid. The board is a cheese box (Tartar) and the motors are protected with bottles caps

I added a Bluetooth dongle. It is very nice for setting the PID values directly on your Android device. It is a bit tricky to set on but once it is work, it is just nice.

In stable mode, the copter does not move. It is really impressive.
In acrobatic mode, it is... acrobactic... I really needs some trainings

This is my first multiwiicopter.
It is flying nicely but it is killing my batteries
The board is made with an arduino duemilanove, the gyro come from a Wii motion plus extension and the acc is a standard breakout board.
The design of the back tail works pretty fine. There is no plays and it is smooth.
The motors are the RC2830/14 750kv with 10x3.8 and Esc are 25A (overkilled)
The weight without lipo is 750gr

This is my first wing. The design was made by Cybernaught, I did some minors changes on it.
The design is quite simple, 2 servos (HXT900) a 10A esc and a 70W motor.
I used Styropor foam. It is very light and cheap but in the other hand it is fragile and hard to work with.
I added some leds strips for night flying

It is flying nice and slow but I managed to break it by using a bigger motor. The cell did not support the 210W motor

A new wing again
This one is made of Epp. The wingspa is 20" and the weight is 120gr
I am using 2 hxt500, a 6a ESC and a 1811 2900kv motor.
The prop is 4x4 and the lipo is a 2s 360mah

The first attempt for this wing was micro fpv. But the wing does support slow speed and it is nervous. Probably the wing load is too high
Anyway it is a very fun wing, it has a good response and it is crashproof...

This is a new wing with kfm4 profil.
The wing cores and elevons are in depron foam and reinforced with a carbon rod and laminate.
It is laminated with glases fiber and epoxy.
Because of the fiber and the hours of sanding, the leading edge has become sharp and hard. Won't try it to catch it with my hands

It is my Skyfighter. I took the plan from Rcfoamfighter.
I changed the shape and instead of Epp it is depron.
It is laminated with newspaper and wood glue. The final result is impressive for a such laminate technic
The motor is 2826 2200kv with 6x4 prop, 30A Esc.

It is my Jaguar kfm2 plane, I found a plan on the adress below
I adapted the plan to my need (depron and kfm2 wing)

Wingspan 63cm weight 77gr without lipo.
The motor is a 1811 2000kv prop 5x4.3
Servos are 1440A from HK. They are really bad. They have a bad resolutions and they loose their centering
