Have ventured into EPP planes a bit. This was fun build. Used Powerup 480plus 1100kv motor, 30A Skypower esc, 3 Towerpro servos, 10x4.7 APC prop. Medium CA and Foam Tac for build. I put tail servos in rear but if I were doing it again, I would put them up towards front of fuse because it is tail heavy with anything other than 3s 2200's. Flies great. Capable of 3D if I was only better at it. Still need to work on thrust angles. I like the plane and now I finally have a Christen Eagle. 36"wingspan. Applied carbon slat to bottom wing and recessed 2 pieces of carbon rod in both interplane struts. This was basically the only mods.

My new Dynam Devil 3D. All stock electronics. Had to reset timing to eliminate stutter. Repainted yellow on all flying surfaces. All decals applied to white trim sheet and cutout before applying. 75+ feet of black 1/8 pinstripe applied to separate colors. Yellow and white trim added to bottom wing. 2" Dubro light wheels to replace stock (direct fit). All struts and landing gear painted yellow. Interior of cockpit painted black and different pilot. 2" yellow Great Planes spinner. Carbon added to lower wing and elevator trying to eliminate the bowing. Carbon fiber tube added to tail control rods and aileron linkage. Wheels collar added to tail wheel after departure on 4th landing. Minwax satin applied. Flew with 4s 2600 which butted up to bulkhead in rear. CG close to perfect. Could fly with 2200's maybe but would have to shove all way into nose. Still trying to feel out flying habits. Seems to land a little hotter than some of my other bipes.

Just maidened the Sunrise last evening. Used 3s 2200 batteries. Had end of battery hanging 1" off back of battery tray. Still nose heavy. Will be using 1800's. HeadsUp Firepower 2836 1100kv motor, 10x5 E Prop, 30A Skypower esc and 8g Emax digital servoes. Great flying plane. Once I get it tweaked, it will be awesome. Great knife edges and I'm not really good at it. Look forward to more flights. Got creative with the supplied decals, some orange packing tape and some black Monokote trim. Also used a 1 3/4 black Dubro spinner which needed to be trimmed to fit prop. Take off and landings from pavement. Landings a non-issue and it can be done deadstick too. Takeoff's with very little rudder.

Stock PNF. Changed wheels to 2 1/2" from my Tower Hobbies P-51. Use 3s 1800's. One of those planes that fly great out of the box and is a very good sport flyer in all aspects. Added some blue and red stripes on bottom of wing for visability. One of my favorites.

Stock PNF. Use 2s 1300's. Bought on a whim because I wanted to try a flying wing. Not extremely fast but it is a lot of fun! Changed decals from stock(they didn't stick very well) to some other ones from another project I had.

Stock electronics. Battery tray modded to use up to 2200 batteries. I use 3s 1800's. PZ P-51 10x8 prop. PZ Super Cub landing gear with 2 1/2" Dubro sport wheels. Minwax WBPU to protect fragile decals. With proper mods, this is a very fun plane to toss around the sky. Fuse is weak around wing root and have had to repair twice.

Bought the version w/motor and servos. Added 30A Esc. Flies w/3s 1300's which is about all that will fit without extreme mods. Painted wheel pants white. Applied supplied decals in my own pattern. Changed stock folding prop to 9x4.5 with a Great Planes 1 1/2" spinner. Ailerons extremely stiff so cut slot in hinge the width of exacto blade every 1". Great fun for around a $100.

Stock BNF. Bought second set of decals which I cut up and added in different places. Painted canopy black. Added Blue stripes (blue packing tape) to bottom of wing and elevator. Fly with 3s 1800's. This plane flew great right out of the box. This is such a great plane! Will do whatever you tell it to do. More of a pattern flyer than 3D. Easy to land. The only disappointment that I had with the plane is that I didn't have to mod it any.

BNF. Use 2s 1300's. Changed wheels to 2" from my Electrifly Super Sportster(the foam one). Nice little flyer. One of 3 trike gear planes that I have.

I wanted an EDF jet and after searching RCG for a good beginner EDF, this is what I bought. Stock. Use 3s 1800's. Definitely fun and moves along at a good clip. Definitely different than all my other prop planes. Currently one of the two belly landers that I have. Will keep you on your toes. Slows nice for landings.

One of my favorite planes. Has stock motor. 9G Powerup servos. ESC ? Use 3S 1000. The lighter this plane is, the better. Reinforced landing gear area (this is a must). Flyzone Beaver spinner(has to be shaved on inside to fit on motor, adds some bling). This is one of those planes that goes where you point it. Slows to a crawl. Will definitely do more than I am capable of doing but I love it. Coated with Minwax WBPU Satin to protect the fragile decals. I like the color scheme although I did peel of some of the excess Durafly labels. 7/19/15 Just ordered a spare.

BNF. Completely Stock. Prefer 1800's. One of the best looking planes in the air that I have.

200 watt intergy power system found on ebay cheap. Battery compartment hollowed out to front of fuse to fit 1300's. 1" added to front of fuse. Balances with no extra weight. Ply-reinforced landing gear area. 3" dubro sport wheels. 9x7 prop. Flies pretty well.

Completely stock except wheels which were changed for a little softer foam. Use 1800's. Good flyer. Vintage airplanes were so much better looking than today's planes.

Added ply firewall for Power Up 400 sport 1000kv motor. 9x4.5 prop. Sky Power 20amp ESC. 5 gram servo R & E. 9 gram Aileron. Battery tray modded for 1800's to firewall. Balances perfect. Added steerable tail wheel. Not a hot rod but a graceful flyer. Slow roll rate even with 100% throws but it's not a 3D plane. Landings a non issue although I use pavement. Grass would present a problem with stock landing gear. I like it!

Bought ARF. Emax 2215/09 motor. Sky Power 30A Esc. Tower pro 9g servos, Swapped 1 3/4" wheels for the stock 1 1/2". Balances perfect with 1800 to back of tray. 9x7SF prop with Dubro 1 3/4" spinner. Great aerobatics. Blur on high rates. Slows to a crawl. Capable of doing more than I'm experienced doing. Great fun for less than$120.
