Ok so I got the batt recharged. I tried it one more time to see if I can get it flying. Nothing but frustration has been associated with this mess.
I just don't understand.
What am I missing?
Is there a bit of gear I need in order to make this thing fly?
Today is the day I start the demolition clock...
I am going to wait until Hobby Kings slow damn shipping service gets my stuff here.
Oh and by the way... N E V E R buy crap from over seas. It isnt worth the mess of waiting for weeks to get something. N E V E R!

So here I am.
Building what I was expecting to be an amazing tool. A quad that I can stack a little bit of FPV gear on for use at home and work for play and business.
Ordered the parts from the retailer. Get said parts.
Assemble said parts.
Wait more weeks to get the rest of needed parts. (have declared overseas purchases off limits and from a certain online retailer)
Finally get everything I needed together and onto the frame.
FC set up based on many awesome people's specs. TX and RX all ready to go. the quad is balanced, the props are balanced and everything is as it should be based on every forums or guru in existence.
First dozen of props later I still cant get it to do more than run off to do it's own thing.
There is no oscillation to work out. Well actually I don't know if there is because I cant get it to do more than shoot off in one direction or another.
I have broken props. I have bent and replaced motor mounts. I have had to replace the battery strap 6 times.
I have followed the advise of some of the best people out there.
So far it is a really cool looking paper weight on my project table.
All I can do at this point is update the firmware on the ESC's and the FC.
But when (and if) those parts ever come in I will do that and then try again.
I had a build log with pics and vids but since I am this close (holding two fingers up really close) to selling off the parts or whole thing I just deleted them all.
Im going to be building my newest plane until the parts come in. I got a skywalker and am going to scratch build a flying wing for FPV.
That should distract me from the long waiting period for the parts to come in.
Might jsut think about getting into selling parts for quads and FPV planes....hmmmm
