i really admire our early warbird pilots, going out everyday in those wood framed canvas covered flying machines, and engaging the enemy in almost a gentlemanly dogfight. i have a few vintage planes from our golden era of aviation, and one of my favorite good times is flying them at "DAWN PATROL" RC events....

The B-25 has earned it's place in our military history, by it's accomplishments....from dropping the first bombs over Japan, to it's tonnage and kill record. When the Army decided to hang on all those 50cals up on the front, the B-25 packed a pretty lethal punch.
AIRFIELD/FMS has created a wonderful looking, and GREAT flying model of the infamous B-25. With this model i'm not concerned about an engine flame out, or an expensive build. with it's retractable gear and doors, great speed and handling, it looks impressive on low level passes down the on the deck.
This plane is easily one of the best flying plane i have.

Hi, linda and i enjoy model aviation year round, but during the summer, we also like to build and create more scenes on our backyard Garden Railroad. it is G guage, with stainless steel track. we like the golden age of Trains , Steam engines and early Diesels. we fabracate all our bridges and scenery, and sometimes use modified birdhouses for buildings....most of our engines run on track power, but with all those 2.4Ghz radios that come with RTF airplanes, i've converted a couple of our trains to run on lipos and ESC's.
