Miniature world being built has a small pop-up location in Toronto as part of their investor campaign #beapartofsomethingsmall

If you are in the Toronto area check it out at 545 Queen St West, well worth the trip I was there last week and took this video

Recently completed this 1/18 Crown Victoria. It was originally for a client order but I had to cancel due to the complexity of the models not allowing me to make the deadline. They sat around for a year and i decided to finish one of them, the next 3 are in line and i have an order for another one.

80 LEDs
10 microcontrollers, some arduino programmed
Lots of detailing, from door seals to chrome window trim to Tim Hortons and a dashcam.

2003 Escalade ESV model arrived last Friday. What a beast! This is a heavy and very large model. The rarity of it puts it price very high, but for a good price I am ok with the quality. It has folding and sliding/reclining seats, a flip down dvd player, and a nicely detailed engine.

Back in February I got a 1/18 BMW 750Li, this time in BLACK and also the LCI (mid lifecycle refresh) version. Nicely detailed for a Kyosho model.

Bought this back in May 2016, but haven't posted it. The S550 is a very good model made by Norev, one of their best releases from what I have heard.

Nicely detailed but not as good as an AUTOart, but also a fraction f the price when released (expensive now).

Finally got my hands on one of these massive beauties! This thing is enormous! It is so much larger than a regular S class, and even a Suburban 2500 pales in comparison.

The detail on this thing is incredible! From the photoetched Maybach hood ornament to the cargo net in the trunk to the roof gauges and minuscule button detail, this car has a phenomenal level of detail. The front vents are a true mesh as opposed to the textured plastic seen on so many other models. The only gripe I have with it is also a good thing, the shut lines are so tight and precise if the rear door is opened on its own without the front door first being opened the paint on the door can chip. By no means should that be a turn off to anyone considering one of these, it is an amazing model that is right at home in any collection.

Here is my latest completion of an intense build. This model is the second try after the clearcoat messed up the decals on the first. Thankfully I was able to salvage the lightbar and get another car in to rebuild. I then installed 77 LEDs and 6 circuit boards. More is in the video.

Enjoy

Finished this one up today, still needs lots of work done to improve steering and motor response, maybe a new ESC as the integrated one in the Rx isn't working too well, or the gearbox may need to be replaced.
