Parkzone P-47 Mod (1 min 18 sec)

Wrecked my Snortin' Bull Parkzone P47 (pics attached). Broke fuselage in half, and tree branches put a few holes in the wings. Ordered new wings, and used epoxy to put the fuselage back together. Hoped up the motor to a Hacker A30-10XL v3. Replaced the stock ESC with a new 65 amp ESC. Razorback conversion kit from Park Flyer Plastics. Rattle can Krylon paint from Ace Hardware, and graphics from Callie of course. Added flaps and retracts. Will maiden as soon as it stops raining in Nashville!...Continue Reading

Finishing touches on cockpit upgrade.

So I'm brand new to the RC world, but have fallen in love with the P-47 Thunderbolt. After wrecking mine beyond recognition, I started looking for advice here on RC Groups and found so many others modifying their P-47's I decided to jump on the band wagon. After getting my jug back in flying condition, I bought a second Park Zone P-47 air frame in order to convert it to an olive drab razorback. Here are a few pics of my progress from is weekend.
