If the police were making proper use of riot guns at riots it would never have been an issue.

There are a lot of rights in this country. You don't have the right to destroy someone else's property or to steal their stuff.

I believe you have the right to defend your self and your property. If you get hurt committing a crime you should not be able to sue your victim.

I started ordering the parts on Friday...

The hub motor is in a 26 x 3.25 inch wheel. (It's here already!)
A digital amp/volt meter 100V/100A with shunt. (Here as well)

Roads here are brutal on bicycle tires, certainly on my 700Cx20mm tires... Sooooo
I am using 4 inch tire and at Tuff liner on the front(Hub motor)
The back wheel from a Kawasaki 1300 with motorcycle tire on the rear.

I like a little comfort these days so I got rear shocks and spring from a Honda CB750. Yes I will be building a swingarm.

The front fork is still in design as I look at triplates for motorcycles on ebay for something that will build up easy and be strong enough since the wheel will drag the bike around by the fork.

I ordered a 52v 14Sx30ah battery.

.I get a message that he is out of stock but upgraded me to a 48v 13S 35ah battery. I'm not sure is that's really an upgrade or not.

For 6 years or so I have produced a tachometer for the X2/Harbor freight mini mill.

This year the prices for the parts has really gone up. So much that I think the product is a goner.

I made them for something to do since I'm home bound and it's better than watching TV. They were not a "hot" seller but they did keep me in cutting tools and metal for my own projects.

I will make 10 new kits at the price that keeps my cut the same.(No raise for the debt slave.) If they still sell at the same pace I will continue to make them, if not I'll just figure the powers that be said it's time to quit.

Sad as it seems days of TV watching may be in my future.

Dogs have been owned and through genetics/breeding you have the 100s of breeds we have today...

The cat? Not so much. Relatively a new comer to indoor living, it's more of an arrangement. You hangout and kill of the rodents and I will give you a place to stay and food. Other than that with the exception of a few breeds they are the mammal version of a shark.

It wasn't all that long ago if you were found the be the keeper of a cat they would build a fire in your honor and roast YOU for being a witch.

A feral cat and I'm talking house cat size could tear you up bad if it had a mind to.

I was in the yard with my morning coffee, my cat likes to sit with me and it hit me, I'm harboring a midget mountain lion...

Top is my cat Goose, the bottom is a picture of Messi, a mountain lion living as a house cat. I hate to say it but Messi is the more domesticated cat.

It was an update for a 9 by 19 foot router table.

It was running on an old LPTR port machine. I have updated the motion controller to run off the USB port of a late model laptop running Mach3 and using the RS-485 port to run the spindle.

I take these fail or stalled machines in to keep myself current on the new stuff. Also this last project will fuel a new video series for a first time builder up coming.

I still have to make the control and output panels as well as a set of doors for the case it came in, then test it with all the steppers and spindle motor befor crating it up to ship.

The video series I do will cover the hardware as well as Mach3 installation and configuring. Mac3's documentation left a lot to be desired. I see why so many have problems with it.

I started my jointer project. It was a mess this picture was taken after taking a coarse sharpening stone to the top for a good hour. It had a layer of rust on it that was beginning to pit the surface.

I could have opted to build a fixture and have the in and ot feed tables ground but I don't think it was worth the time and expense.

I ordered new knives and bearings for it.

Someone had been in it for bearings some time in it's past and was a bit brutal to it with a hammer. It had a couple of hickies on the cutter head from the attack.

The shaft was galled up a bit as well. Some file work restored it to functionality.
