Using parts from the Slo-260 (after upgrade), I am making another quadcopter for acrobatic flight, no go-pro here... And I'm calling it the Slo-Moe.

It turned out to be a bit slower than anticipated, I managed to burn up an ESC. I could smell the good smoke coming out to be noticed. As funds are low, it will likely take a bit to sort it out.

I purchased a few more things at the same time to keep shipping down as much as possible, so this setup is at about $160. Here are a couple of reasons I went the way I did with the above:
-Emax cam for higher resolution (800 TVL - 762X582 pixels), if the latency is bad I have a sharp security cam with CCD I can use until I can replace it.
- The TX I chose is FCC Certified ( at 25 mW) and from what I have read I will not need an FCC license to operate, but I advise checking this often beacause the rules seem to be changing here in the U.S.
- I have watched a few reviews on the receiver and I'm sold. This product seems to perform as well as other similer 32 channel recievers, with the added benefit of the DVR to record your sessions.
- The 5.8 GHz antenna set is to ensure my distance doesn't run short due to the 25 mW transmitter I have chosen, although I do not plan on traveling more than 300-400 meters at any given time.
