I stumbled upon this very detailed build thread of DSM's Yak 55. It covers a lot of little but important details that are applicable to flat foam aircraft.

Finally got around to finishing my leadfeather Edge 540. I loved his 32" Yak 55 design so much this seemed to be just a bit cooler with better flight characteristics. After a few dozen flights I'm not so sure its better than the Yak. I have some CG issues to sort still. All in all I would still recommend building the Leadfeather Yak 55.
