I installed the GoPro I bought last year into my Green Models ARF Tiger Moth, and got some pretty good video too 
"Wow!!!!" , is the only adjective I can think covers my delight in using this cam,the image quality is stunning.
It is on the R5 setting on the cam, which is the better setting I found.
Enjoy flying over a genuinue vintage WW2 airfield in a vintage aeroplane.

Hi guys. I used to fly IC powered planes once, and here is a video I just converted with an EasyCap onto my PC. I uploaded this last night, it's VHS quality, but is very watchable.
I flew my Brian Taylor Spitfire 1A in the comp, somehow actually winning the event and getting a shiny trophy!!
It was a low key comp!
This was my Spit's last flight,she had flown many before. The motor cut, and I pulled a turn to avoid going over the hadge at the end of the film, to avoid a country lane on the other side. She just stalled at the last second, and I broke the mainspar.
Last I hear of it,after selling it, it was hanging from a ceiling in a theme restaurant somewhere.
Watch out too, for some emerging electric power technology, there is a little twin DH Hornet flying around too,the first time I had ever seen electric flight!
There is a Mick Reeves Hurricane, another Spit IX too.
Just though I'd share this with you.

Hi guys, I have been off the bike for a while and having a lot of fun with my foamy Art Tech Corsair with a key chain cam mounted on a wing panel using good old velcro. It works pretty well perfect, and have been flying around a quarry at what was once, a USAAF/RAF WW2 base.
The runway has been removed for road building rubble (sacrelidge) but has been a great place to fly an RC plane with a cam

Well, after relocating to suny Southwold in Suffolk, I have decided to try FPV.
I've wanted to do this for a long time, having cut my tetth on still cameras in models (mid 1980's) then up to full size camcorders in big models,also a cheap chinese transmitting camera and receiver (low rez.)
Now I have bought a full set of kit from FPVUK.
Also bough an Easystar with a brushless 2200kv power system. Added an EzOSD,and antenna tracker. Got an Easy Cap too,so I can record my FPV exploits directly to my laptop.
With regards to my B-26, it is in storage waiting to make the 100 mile move to where I live now.

Been undercover in my yard for 2 years. Brake calipers need stripping and cleaning and under the 4 into 2 exhaust, there is a small rust hole which needs a small weld... I am looking forward to getting her going again. -

The bike is cleaning up well, millions of spiders and snails took their toll a bit!
I bought this glider with 2 servo's fitted,the span is about 2 meters.
It is beautifully made,not sure if it was a kit or scratchbuild, but nevertheless, a great deal.
I wondered if it had a problem as it was so cheap?
It was soon fitted out with a 30 amp ESC, and a Phase 3 P-38 outrunner, with an APC 10 X 4.7 prop. A ply firewall motor mount was quickly fabricated,as I was in a rush to see if this thing worked!
Battery is a 3S 2200 20C 'Mystery' brand pack,.
Test flight:
Although the previous mount was angled for downthrust as you can see in the photos, it wasn't enough in practice.
The model climbs at a reasonable rate on full power, but definitely puts her nose up,so am going to add more downthrust,as when trimmed under full power for straight and level, cutting the power off sends her slightly nosediving,but for the price, I'm not complaining!
She serves as a great mount for my FC-1 camera.
I'm happy with my purchase, may she have many sorties

Here are the plans I have to make a card model of the Russian 'Backfire' Tupolev swing wing bomber.
Although in card, thgis would make a great basis to build a twin EDF or pusher jet model.
Rarely modelled, this is crying out for someone to build it.
You'd need to resize the drawings to suit your taste, but it is eminently doable, especially with depron/foam blocks and carbon stiffening.
Even shows the wing sweep pivot, which will need to be re engineered to carry the flight loads, not too hard to do.
I hope someone gives it a try!
