When your in a pinch for a small gear puller, l used 1/4" key stock and a little grinding, square nuts, and a long small bolt.

You know when you need to countersink in a very tight area but you can't fit the drill?

Well he's an idea to use.

With a (fuller bit) or what you have, drill the hole then reverse the fuller bit.

don't for get to run the drill backwards or the cutter won't cut

Oh ya, BTW those wheels are from my daughters training wheels of her first bike, 10yrs ago.
