There is plenty yet to do but the Dumas 1941 Chris Craft Hydro is done enough to run.

Some other projects began to feel like work so I took a little Robert trail to work on a 1941 Chris Craft Hydro by Dumas.

Pat Tritle has a nice kit review which helped me a lot since this is my first planked mahogany boat.

Dr.s Sheldon Cooper and Amy Farrah Fowler are the nerdish crew.

Today I declared standing done and stained the boat. Fiberglassing will follow.

I enjoy building as much as I enjoy flying planes or running boats.

Even so, I have a number of ARF planes and one ARF boat that are lot of fun. They are wonderful no tears learning tools. They also let me fill certain niches in my squadron without having to build. I use an ARF Hellcat as my aerobatic trainer, an ARF Radian Pro as my full house sail plane, and an ARF Beaver as a sturdy every day fun flyer that can handle wind and my some times clumsy cross wind landings.

The projects below are most of the air and sea worthy kit built projects of the last 10-15 years. Click "all images" to see all the planes and boats.

I hope you enjoy a look.
