I'm very happy to release this video.
This ICON is my third version.
Since two years ago, I made other two version, one was built simply, second was mount head fog lights with remote controlled on-off.
Finally I improved, replace and make my own many parts until flight performance estimate perfect.
Use this footage as a reference to improve your small ICON A-5 as you like.

This morning before thunder and lightning, I did a revenge test flight.
This time, my AT-6 have U-BEC, no anxiety to be no-control.
At first, I tried gear up-down. It worked good.
The next, I did flap down and up, confirmed at a normal horizontal flight speed with pay attention sudden tip stall.
The flap works excellent as long as keep horizontal, no quick spin behavior.
Finally at landing sequence, with applicable flare and in stable, she landed smooth, as if anyone didn't notice when she touched down.
PS.
At this flight, I noticed why some people wants to replace more powerful motor.
As a scale flight, her scale flight speed is adequate with default motor, I think.
But if I want to fly with more relax, to get more stable horizontal and turning flight or want to perform basal stunts, more power is needed.
Actually, I almost flied with full throttle, it's not too fast yet.
I'll exchange more powerfull motor, or higher KV motor, if I have a chance.

Recently, I'm totally hooked on electric war-birds.
T-28 Trojan is light enough to slow down by flap. It's like a big plane.
TA-6 Texan has pseudo engine sound system. Some people says this version has many progress than the former one. I think this system has still lots of potential.

I flew AT-6 on last Sunday, on 30th June.
This was a test flight with engine sound.
