Original Sale Info:
  • This was supposed to be an Eachine Diversity Receiver/Monitor with DVR.
  • This is what was received - Eagletree Vector ... I shipped it back to seller on my dime.
  • PM'd other buyer who was supposed to receive the Vector. He received the monitor/DVR.
  • Two weeks go by ... I'm going out of town end of June, don't want packages delivered while I'm gone.
  • Decided I wanted a refund. Requested a refund numerous times from the seller.
  • Seller says he won't/can't refund for a couple of weeks without explanation.
  • Filed PayPal claim. Cancelled it when seller revealed having financial problems paying his rent.
  • Another week goes by ... Other buyer ends up buying monitor/dvr to help seller out (since he already has it and is now aware of seller's financial situation).
  • Seller has sold the monitor/DVR twice - once to me, once to the other buyer. Other buyer has the item. Seller has twice the funds.
  • Seller still won't issue refund - says again will 'try' in a couple of weeks.
  • I'm currently out $50 (original purchase plus postage to return wrong item).
  • Opened dispute with credit card since PayPal gives you one shot.
  • Original purchase back on June 6, 2019. This post updated July 8, 2019.
