A little update: I know its been a really long time and i still havent finished the boat But i hope it will happen any time this summer

So i decided to take a different path. I ditched my gp-42 and replaced it with 900kv turnigy outrunner, along with a 11x7apc prop 60A esc and a 4s lipo pack. It just seems so much more practical... Thank you HC for cheap and affordable products

The boat has plenty of power and turns really well with the air rudder, I tried it out on my living room carpet and it really kicks some.... cant wait to try it on the water!!! stay tuned
