I just setup a new DJI Digital FPV system on my old Taft Cobra Jet. Also improved looks of the instrument panel using pictures from a real F-5E cockpit. Heres A training flight showcasing how well the DJI FPV camera handle low light situations.

V911 HLG (0 min 37 sec)

My 3D printed HLG ..

It be a one off 3D print experiment , but there should be a F949 flight board in the mail .

So there might be a more refined version of the V911 HLG in the near future .

Tinywhoop with micro HD camera (1 min 31 sec)

This is probably the cheapest way to get hd footage from your tiny whoop. I installed a 5$ sq11 camera on top. In order to save weight I decased it. Quality of the footage is still mediocre.

Halloa peoples

Sooo yes you probably know the T-Motor brand and there is a good change you use, or have used them (cause they also OEM for other brands).. But T-Motor has a reputation of making slightly more expensive motors probably?
Recently however they released some Budget motors (Velox) and mid-range (Pacer) motors In the video I review the last ones after doing at least 100 flights with them..

The motors: T-Motor Pacer P2207.5 (4S and 6S versions available) drone motors

For my tests with these motors I used CNHL 1100mah 6S Black Series lipo's.. I would hereby like to appologize to those lipo's :P

Took my FMS 800 V-tail out for a spin .
Just recently flashed OpenTx 2.3.7 , so looks like trims were a little . Or maybe it was that last time I flew the V-tail it was windy ?
Either way ..

Elevator a little touchy , Ailerons a little soft ..
Still , I really like this one . I should fly it more .

I got a chance to duck out and do some sloping today.
The forecast only called for a 1 hr window of the correct direction wind,I have wanted to get out with my 3m Crystal to see if she flew as well on the slope as she had for her maiden "flat land " outing .

While I am attempting to sharpen up my old rusty piloting skills in order to maiden the SE-5a and Fokker DVIII, moving on with a larger build
of the Vindicator.
This will be a very light weight build hopefully. Details in the build log here:

After a few years of learning with Proto-X quads, Eachine FatBees and E-Flite Inductrixes (original, Plus and brushless), I decided to give this guy a try:

It's been years since I messed with CleanFlight, now it's BetaFlight, so here we go ...
